If you live in New York, a place with a view is probaly going to cost you a pretty penny. On a budget, the most you can hope for is good natural light. But even if you have great light, sooner or later you’re going to want to draw the blinds/curtains. And you want something that looks good in the process.
Check out these Better View perforated black out blinds from designer Elina Aalto. These blinds display views from Paris, Tokyo, Helsinki, Stockholm or Berlin by using perforations to change the light from outside into a lit up cityscape.
But international views come at a price as well - $759 :(
