Amanda Oakleaf Cakes created this Life-Size Stormtrooper Cake for the Arisia Sci-Fi Convention in Boston, MA.
The Star Wars-inspired dessert stood 6′ 4″ tall, weighed 300 lbs and fed approximately 600 conventioneers. Amanda Oakleaf Cakes team (10 people) spent two full weeks to putting the Trooper together (cake wasn’t added until 2 days before it was to be served).
