Miley Cyrus surprised her bf Liam Hemsworth a giant penis cake for his birthday –- and posed with it.
The 19-year-old was reportedly having herself a wild time at the celebration as she "downed jugs of hooch" and got up close and personal with Liam's....cake.
Miley's reps refuse to comment on the photos but at least I don't feel bad about being tagged in some questionable college pics. This one takes the CAKE!
