Vogue Italia has put a hashtag on their March cover - #OVERTHETOP
Also thrilled to see Joan Small posing on the cover sporting brow-high shadow, bold earrings and some wild nail art. Somehow, Joan makes it work.
According to Fashin, the last time Vogue Italia put a model of color on their cover was back in 2008 (in the famous "all black" issue) -- its about time and she looks fab!
